  plugins organizing

  i am in plugin chooser for video fx. i have created a folder ‘my fx’. i want to drag my favorite, most utilized effects to this folder but i can only move some of effects to some of folders. i am unable to move it totally freely as i desire.
  what dependencies protect some effects from moving to new created folders. how to override this issue, so i could organize effects the way i want?
