  Scripting workflow:

  Hi all,
  New to posting on the forum, although I have read many.

  I have a working script that allows me to render pairs of files from multiple named regions, with markers.
  To further automate the process, I would like to script “Burn to DVD” to create a Prepare folder for each pair.
  These AV files would then be burnt with Nero at a later date.

  Is this possible? I have not been able to find any web references.

  Currently using SVPro bundle versions 10, 11 & Magix14.

  Hi Dan, This is not possible. The Script API doesn’t give you access to the DVD Burning capabilities so it cannot be used to prepare a DVD folder.

  Thought there may have been a way that I had missed.
  Still looking into using a virtual drive to burn to.

  You could look into the Windows API itself. I believe it has a way of playing back keystrokes using SendKeys in C# so that you can press the menu keys in Vegas Pro but I’ve never tried it. That’s something to look into.
