  Sony vegas pro 11 Corrupted video file

  Hi, I recently downloaded a big video (mp4) file (2,87 gigabyte ) and imported it into sony vegas but noticed that the frames were misplaced (so it looked as if the video was shivering) is there anyway to fix this issue? (The original video file doesn’t have this problem).
