  Darkened Sky Effects

  Hello all – another newbie question I’m afraid….

  Don’t know if this should be a Photoshop, Premiere or AE based question (maybe a combo of all) but I’m trying to get the same effect as shown on BBC’s ‘Top Gear’ were the sky on some of the outside shots has a purple hue to it. It gives it a kind of dark, imposing effect. Sometimes it’s reversed and the ground has the tint applied to it.

  So what I’m wondering is, is it done in Photoshop and then the layer is taken into AE…or is it done through an effect?

  Any help would be appreicated.
