  How to get this kind of glowing effect?

  Hi everyone. I spent a very long time trying to figure out how to get the glowing effect seen in this video:

  I messed around with the Glow plugin but I can’t get anywhere near the glow effect in that video.
  Can anyone help me? What can I do to imitate that glowing effect? I can’t figure it out.

  It looks like it’s using Glow and Light Rays together. Try adding Light Rays after the Glow.
