Flicker transition effect
Hi all,
Was wondering if anyone knows how to create this flicker transition effect (00:12,00:17,00:21….) as shown throughout the video:
The editor used it quite a lot in the video. I would like to try it out on a project I am working on but cannot seem to find any tutorials online similar to it. I’m not even sure where to mess around in Vegas for it. If anyone has some insight, it would be much appreciated, thanks!

Those look like light leaks or film burns to me.
