  Safe bitrate for 4K camcorders?

  The 4K Sony cam FDR-AX1 has a bitrate at 150 for 4K. I’m now looking to buy the light-weight model FDR-AX100 for aerial filming, which only has a 50 bitrate for 4K? What is the recommended minimum safe bitrate to avoid image/footage manipulation issues in post using Vegas 13?
