I need someone to tell me how to make a HD dvd The particular scanner I have Epson 4490 will scan adjusted to pixels but in that mode does not allow me to adjust the target size as the 768×1024 is the target size. It also is for displays or web. Says nothing about printing or DVD. I cant see how scanning in pixel mode for a large screen would not result in a large file like scanning in dpi would. In any case scanning in dpi results in a large file but then I am back to my problem of adjusting the pan crop with a large file. Maybe I am barking up the wrong tree so a little help would be appreciated. I have scanned in large files so I could produce a HD DVD if necessary. Hopefully at 1920×1254 (or what ever it is) What scanners scan in pixels with the size designated by the person scanning. I am sure someone at Epson knows the answer but the persons I talked to did know who he was. Scanners are for printers looks like. It’s not the end of the world as there is a work around but it would be nice to scan in pixels like 1920×1254 if possible.I’m always looking for the best. Have a nice day

I scanned the pic at 768×1024 pixels then at the large file as jpg. The full pic. I dont think i can blow up the pixel to a 42 inch big screen TV.
