  AE will not render video

  I just updated AE to the 9.0.2 because I had an issues with an .xml file which would not allow me to open AE. now when I add videos to a comp and click to render, I get an error that reads
  “After Effects error: RAM Preview needs 2 or more frames to playback.”
  My videos clips are almost 5 minutes in length. I do not know what to do. please help.
  the video type is “.mov” making sure it was not a video type AE doesn’t have codecs for

  When that happens, I just save, close and relaunch AE. It doesn’t happen that often to me.

  thank you. I was worried this was going to be a more permanent problem.
