How can you make a text intro like the Alien/Prometheus Trailers?
I have downloaded the Alien Font, but I was wondering how I could possibly make the different parts of the text come in at different times like they do in the Alien movie/Prometheus Trailer.
Seen here, text starts coming in at 0:17. I think it looks awesome and would love to be able to do it.

Assuming the text isn’t 3d…you can do that with event masking. Just create individual paths over all the letters in your text. Set them to negative and then animate them out of the way over time.
