  Sony AVC/MVC, Internet 1280×720-24p

  Vegas’ list of Sony AVC/MVC defaults includes:
  Internet 1280×720-30p

  Is it ok to change the Frame rate from 29.970 (NTSC) to:
  23.976 (IVTC Film)

  leaving all other fields unchanged.

  Will/would this work (resulting file is uploadable to [eg] YouTube)?
