  • Deleting Presets?

For example, when adding the Color Corrector Video FX to a video clip, it comes with a bunch of presets, including numerous ones that I have saved for previous clips and projects.

When clicking on the red x to remove em, they go away. But once I load up a new project or open Vegas again, they reappear.

How do I permanently delete them?

You can delete the presets you’ve created but not the ones that come with Vegas.

Yes, but it doesn’t work. After deleting them, they just reappear once I open up Vegas again.

Which version of Vegas are you using?
I’ve never had any problems deleting any of my custom presets in any version of Vegas that Ive used over the years.

    Sony Vegas Pro 11.

It could be that Sony has changed things between Pro 10 and Pro 11 as I had no problems deleting a preset in Pro 10 by selecting it and pressing the red X at the far right.
