    Hi,
When I had Sony Vegas 9 I noticed I cod capture Hd in 29.970fps but ever since I upgraded to 10 it’s been capturing HD in 25 fps which is unexceptable for homemovies!. Wondering is it possible in Sony Vegas 10 to capture HD in 29.970fps? Thank you

Firewire captures in whatever format the original video was shot in.
If you shot in 29.97, it captures in 29.97.
Two things for you to check.
#1. Make sure the camera is set to NTSC, not PAL.
#2. Are you rendering to a PAL format instead of NTSC?
