  fast motion bacgroung movements

  hi guys,
  i don’t know how this technique called or if its possible to do it in Vegas. i want to make the background people that running around faster than one person, anyway i attached a video that will show you what i want to do https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mh9cG5dzs-U in 2:05 its the effect i want to do

  The only way to do that without chromakeying the slow guy with difficult masking is to shoot it with the forground guy moving VERY slow and speed up the clip.

  I would think that the foreground guy was shooted with chroma keying and just placed on top of the background movie which had been speeded first…
