  Vegas 10 no longer starts.

  Was running 10b, 32bit on Windows 7 64bit. Went to start the program this weekend for the first time after being off for a few days and all I get is a spinning cursor. Have restarted, tried to start from actual .exe, cleaned registry, checked for any viruses and completely uninstalled and reinstalled both 10c and 10b. Sound Forge Pro 10 starts fine. Vidcap60 starts fine. Any ideas?

  You might try using Windows restore to reset the system to where it was a few days or weeks ago depending on what is available. It’s worked for me before, sometimes a windows update or a rogue program you may have installed in the meantime may have caused the Vegas problem.
