The only way I would know of is to do screen grabs and convert those to gif files. If they are animated, you can put them in a gif animator and have it to recreate the animation.

Not screen grabs (wrong choice of words), but a capture of the preview window (Best/Full).

Tools – Scripting – Render Image Sequence.
JPEG & PNG are your only options here so you’ll have to use another app to convert them back to GIFs.

Here’s a free scrips, frameserver. It also renders to frame sequence and I think gif’s are an option.
