  no audio

  Hi, I have installed SV Platinum pro 9 and am having trouble importing my home videos. The video comes in great but there is no sound. I was using the demo version and had no problems at all. I can add sound, music ect. Thanks

  Most of the time problems like this seem to be a missing or bad codec. Have you checked to see what codec was used (Google GSpot) and if you have it on your computer?

  thank for your reply…it actually had to do with an update that I missed. Now that I have installed the update it works fine
