  Getting Menu to pop up automatically on DVD

  Hi,
  Is there a way for the menu to pop up when you put a dvd into your player instead of the movie automatically running? I am using DVD Architect?

  Is it the player? Or is there a setting I can set on Architect?

  DVDA should default to Menu Based.
  If yours doesn’t, then go File – New, se;ect this option and click the box that says Start all new projects with these settings.
  That’s the way mine is as it’s very rare that I don’t have a menu of some kind, even if it’s a simple start screen with a background image and the the word PLAY on it.

  When I set up to do a menu based project it doesn’t seem like I do anything special to get the menu to pop up first when I start the DVD, it just does. But I am not in front of my editing computer at the moment to check.
