how do i apply video fx to multiple clips on sony vegas 8?
If I want clip #1 to have a different effect as clip #2 but I want clip #3 to have the same effect as clip #1, how do I go about doing that? I know you can copy and then paste event attributes but that takes too much time. Plus, it copies the event cropping, too, which I dont want — I just want the same coloring.

You can put clips 1 and 3 on the same track and use the track effects instead of event effects. This will effect all the events on that track. Put clip 2 on a different track. Hope this helps, Danny Hays
