  Calling all magic bullet users…help

  Hi!
  Noob trying to learn magic bullet. I can get the effect I want but am wondering: How do you make it move like keyframing?
  Do I need to chop up my clip and re-do the effect with every camera move? Am I missing some thing simple?

  Are you referring to the new Magic bullet Looks version
  or the old version….Because the new one although has more
  features does posses keyframing limitations.

  I updated to full looks a few weeks ago, I assume that would be the new version. I guess I could re install my older version…but I don’t rember it being possible there either. Although I did not have all the “controls” in that version, just the diff. looks.

  You’re not the only n00b out there in this world!Tobi’s a n00b too! XD

  But I do know a bit about Magic Bullet Looks since I use it quite often
  You see
  You cannot animate between presets

  However
  You can use a MBL preset and animate the parameters of the Matte,Lens and other effects applied in the preset

  Like
  For example,you can animate the vignette frame by frame for that blockbuster effect

  But
  You can’t make a keyframe,set it to blockbuster,move forward in timeline and make a new keyframe with that Artistic Effect preset.
  If you do that then it’ll abruptly change the look in the second keyframe without a smooth transition.

  Only the parameters of the effects of a particular preset can be keyframed to make MBL transitions/animations.
