  Copying text between projects

  Is it possible to copy work done in one project into another? I want to copy the text frames I created in a previous project, instead of having to redo…

  Yep. Just open two instances of Vegas and copy the one you want and then paste it.

  You can also save it as a preset that can be available for all of your projects.
