Newbie HD Rendering Help
It’s been a very long & frustrating day and I’ve basically tied my brain in a knot. I’ve been working with Vegas Pro for a while now and have become very comfortable with a work flow for SD. I just recently moved into HD and there are so many different ways to render for and burn to a DVD I’ve become lost. I’ve done a search but can’t seem to find my exact problem. I have both of SE’s books but can’t seem to get an exact answer from them. Would someone be kind enough to either lend me their thoughts or point me in the right direction to a thread which deals with the following: I’d like to burn the best possible DVD in HD that I can. It will be for large screen HD DVD playback. My project is about 20 minutes long and was shot in HDV 1080/20fps., 16:9. I’m not going to be using many effect so do I need to convert to Cineform? I’d like to know what the best template is for rendering the time lime as well as what the best setting for the “project video format” is in Sony Arch 4.5. Basically I’m looking for the best workflow.
Many thanks ahead of time for your patience and help on this.
