Selecting all events till end of track
Hi
I’m having a problem. I want to disable “maintain aspect ratio” for every clip in my project. Now I heard that there is some way to select everything in a timeline:
“What I do, is select the first one, then on one of
the pull-down menus there’s an option something like “select all events
to end of track”.”help would be appriciated

The easiest way is via a script. I use Excalibur for this but there are many other scripts that do this (including free ones) which you should be able to find with a search.

Forgive me for being a noob but what exactly is a script?

Think of a script as a “macro” on steroids. To use a script, you must have the pro version of Vegas (The Movie Studio versions don’t allow scripts). So scripts can automate tasks such as “selecting all events after the cursor”.

Is there any other way apart from scripts?
It’s just I use Sony vegas Movie studio Platinum 8.0.
