  Merging projects witjh Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 8

  I have the same question, how to merge multiple smaller project files into a final project file, but this time using Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 8.

  My projects files are .vf files, I don’t have any .veg files.
  When I try to import a project, I the GUI switches me over to the project I am importing, instead of final project I thought I was importing into.

  I have tried copy clips, and the opened the final project and tried to paste them, but the paste command was greyed out, not functional

  Please help

  In your case, (Platinum doesn’t support nesting – you need the Pro version instead) you might consider simply rendering out each sub-project and then add those renders to a new project.

  ? I open multiple instances of Vegas Platinum and drag / paste single events/multiple events right onto the timeline of whatever instance I want and then save that, works great!
