hi…i’m new to the sony vegas program, and while i have made my movie and moved it to the architect dvd program, i am unable to save it to a file on my computer. i keep getting a message saying my folder is not big enough. can someone PLEASE tell me how to create a larger folder??? thank you SO much!

Need a little more information.
What did you render your movie as. Should have been MainConcept MPEG2 with an AC3 audio render if you are going to DVD.
Where that file renders to is set up in the Preferences.
If your hard drive is formated NTSF (as it would be if you are running XP) there should not be the 2GB file size problem.It might be that you are trying to put too large a move on a single layer DVD. How long is you movie. You can letting DVDA render the Mpeg and have it fit it to the disc.

Thank you for your help, Terry. After I created my movie in Vegas, I hit the “make movie” then the “burn to DVD” button, and then clicked “render.” It never asked me how I wanted to render my movie. Sorry, I’m truly a novice with this. In DVDA it says my movie is 4.6 GB, and it’s about 100 minutes long. Can you help me?

Where is your TEMPORARY folder located and how much space is on THAT drive?
