  Quicktime Pro needed for RGB+Alpha Render?

  I am trying to export a power clip that will be used in our Deko system in our production truck. However the Deko needs a quicktime file in order to work. I’ve been trying to render out quicktime movies with RGB + Alpha but it doesnt seem to want to let me. Do I need Quicktime Pro or is it just me?

  No, you don’t need QR Pro to render with alpha, but you do need to use a codec that supports alpha … I (and most editors I know) use the Animation codec for most AE output.
