Sony vegas effect
Anybody could help me how to do effect like this one is or similar ?

You should post pictures using the IMAGE UPLOAD button because most people won’t download a random zip file to their computer.
If you just want to make that black film strip frame around the video you could use the Mask tool in Pan/Crop to draw it, or you could create a matte in a graphics editor that has an alpha channel where you want the video to show through.

No, the ability to upload a video was remove a while ago. I guess you can just use Youtube or Vimeo. That screen shot is a few years old. 😉

Thank you very much for your help John ! I tried it but I am not able to get the same(or similar) results like from the screen shot because at the screen above the edges are not that sharp a they are just partly transparent as well .So i think that mask tool at sony vegas will not help and using a photoshop need more precise work I guess ) thanks anyway

You can feather the edges of a mask. They don’t have to be sharp. It should be simple to create that mask in photoshop or illustrator.
