  Pan and Crop nightmare

  I’ve used SV since v8 and am on v13 now. I’ve not had any problems I could solve, that is until today. HELP!!

  Somehow I’ve entered into the twilight zone.

  Specifically, I’ve got three 4GB clips I’m editing. I used to be able to go anywhere on the clip timeline and choose Event Pan/Crop, then no matter what I did to the pan and crop it applied to the entire clip globally. Obviously I’d do the same thing to the other clips, but that was easy because i’d use a preset.

  Now, somehow there’s been a setting inadvertently enabled (by me I assume) that now when I do the same it puts a keyframe on the Pan/Crop timeline. I can see how that’d be cool, but totally what I do not need and is causing nightmares.

  Anyone know how to turn this “feature” off *and on)?

  In the Pan Crop dialog you probably have Sync to Cursor turned on. It looks like a capital I with a padlock next to it.
