  Vegas 13 – Can’t install on Windows 10 x64

  Hello,
  I had absolutely no problem with Sony Vegas Pro 13 (latest build) on Windows 7 and 8.1, but since I upgraded to Windows 10 x64, I can’t install it. Whenever I try, this error message bumps up:

  “ERROR: -2147163946 occured during installation

  Module C:\Program Files\Sony\Vegas Pro 13.0\x86\sfvstproxystubx86.dll failed to register.
  HSRESULT -2147024703. Contact your support personnel.”

  I did some research, some say that repairing Visual C++ would do the trick, so I uninstalled every single package I had and installed it again, but that didn’t work. I tried to register the file myself, successfully, but it still gives me that error when I try to install Vegas.
  I already contacted the Sony Creative support, but still no answer.
  If it’s helpfull, my system rig:

  Intel i5 3570k o.c. @4.1ghz
  8gb of RAM DD3
  GTX 780

  Please help me, I need Vegas to work so badly :-\

  Since you upgrade to 10, have you also upgraded all your drivers?,
  especially your video card driver?
