Hello. Strictly made an account so I could get some help please!
So I’m a noob. I’m trying to make a compilation of photos with some music.
I’ve lined up all the photos, got the music too. I render the video in 1080p INTERNET HD settings.
The render finishes and I go to view it and I see the only image I get is the first image with the music. The other photos do not appear..

PLEASE HELP. I want to see all the photos.
English is not my first language so please bear this in mind 🙁

Can you post a screen shot of your Timeline. That will help us see what you’ve done.

A first guess is that you have a region, or selection, established on the time line. If you do, Vegas will default to “render loop region only” which is a check box on the render screen. Uncheck that box, and it should render whatever is on your timeline.

Good point. A timeline selection around a single slide would only render that slide by default if render loop region was enabled (and I think it always enables when you invoke render with a section active) I didn’t think of that.

I unticked the render loop region only but that did not work..

Yes, a selection does automatically invoke the render loop option. I was surprised to notice that just recently, but then I always use this option for renders. Also, when there is no selection, the render loop option is greyed out. I also noticed that quite recently.

OK, try selecting the entire contents of the timeline, and render that. If the render loop option is checked, let it stay checked. You can select the entire timeline by positioning the cursor at the start of the timeline, and press the “i” key. Now move the cursor to the end of the last event on the timeline, and press “o” (Oh) key.

I see from your screen shot that your project is set to 6 fps!

If you live in NTSC country you need to set your project to 29.97 fps. If you live in a PAL country you need to set your project to 25 fps. I’m guessing that your problem is that you have your project set to playback at 6 fps which means that every second of video will take 5x longer than it should to play back which is why you’re only seeing the first slide.

You might also want to post s screen shot of your Project Properties so we can see if something else is not set correctly.
