  Importing Plug Ins and Presets

  I’m new to After Effects, but pretty experienced with Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5. Yet, I’m having trouble importing Plug-ins and presets. It says it’s not an acceptable file. I want to get like text animations and cc sphere and stuff like that. Anything I need to change in order to do so? thanks
