    I’d appreciate the help!
I tried working around with the TV simulator effect, I just have no idea how to make it jumpy 🙁
Or maybe its not possible on Vegas?

Well, it is ALL possible in Vegas: Markers to place effect at 2 or 3 or 4 frames and generally get really nastah! frames – Yah feel me?! . . . ahem . . . . OK, yes this ALL can be done in VP. But . . .here’s the other thing, what you are looking at has been achieved using some quick and “nasty” FX that does just that. Doing the VP way will take out much of the spontaneity and authentic, engaging, organic flow YOU need to have to at your finger-tips then pass on to your viewer. I’ve done heaps of this and now I reach for VASST’s MAYHEM!!! – Yes, MAYHEM . . . . You can get nasty over1 or 2 or 3 and reverse and much much more.

Do this with Vegas Pro Tools? Yeah, O…K… But at the end of the day, you’ve gotta get your freak-on, and these “other” tools are being employed by many VidEdi-Jocks out there.

    I bring you . . . . mAyHeM!
