  How can I add a Ripple button to the toolbar in SVP13? Thank you.

  I think you can only have it in the “Timeline Toolbar” (Option/Customize Timeline Toolbar…).

  Sorry, the developers has made it, along with other buttons,
  unmovable from the timeline toolbar.
