Vegas importing video at wrong resolution and cutting off half of video
I’m trying to import a video into Sony Vegas and seem to be having an odd issue.
My recording was a video game playing at 1152×864 stretched across 1080p and recorded at 1080p. The video looks fine during playback at 1080p and Windows properly detects the video as 1920×1080. Handbreak says that the video is also 1080p and MediaInfo says that the video is 1152×864 so I have some very conflicting info.
Regardless, Vegas says that the video is 1152×864 and seems to be importing it as such which results in the entire bottom of the screen as well as half of the right side being cut off. It just looks very zoomed into the top left corner.

Adobe After Effects properly imports the video with no issue.
Anyone have any ideas on how I could fix this? Thanks in advance.

Did you go to the Event Pan/Crop window and select Match Output Aspect?
