  installing 6.5

  Hi All:
  I just got 6.5 Pro upgrade. I am upgrading 5.5. Once I put in the # for 6.5 it asks for the # for 5.5 I put in that #, but it says it can’t upgrade that #. Any advise?

  Call Adobe Customer Service. It’ll probably be a free call. Maybe not toll-free, though.
