  Making Large Flash Video Stream Faster..

  Hi there! I was just wondering if you all had tips on how to make a flash video stream faster.

  I noticed a nintendo site the other day play a very large full screen flash animation without any hitches. Then I tried to do something large on my website and it didn’t play immediatlely. I refreshed the browswer after 15 seconds and then it played late.
  My server is quite fast too. It downloads at a megabyte/second. So I thought that should be plenty fast.

  I’ve reduced frames rates, video dimensions, bitrate. I’m not sure why it wouldn’t be able to start streaming immediately.

  Any tips?

  A few further notes: it’s an swf file I want to stream and my home internet is quite fast at 22.67 Mb/s.
