  Hotkey to scroll thru Effect Presets or any dropdown?

  Anyone know if there’s a hotkey to scroll up and down thru the presets dropdown for a given effect? Or thru any dropdown for that matter?

  Kinda like using Shift +/- to scroll thru layer blend modes.

  That way I could go thru the myriad presets for any given effect much more easily. Any ideas?

  You mean something that would apply/render/preview the effects on selected layers? No, there’s nothing like that, unless I’ve missed something big. (It could happen.)

  You can do that for fonts with the mouse scroll wheel or arrow keys, though.

  Yes, I mean something similar to the scroll wheel for fonts or Shift +/- for blend modes.

  So for example you apply StarGlow to your layer, then click on the Preset item in the Effects Controls and by hitting a hotkey you advance down thru each preset previewing it on your current layer. Every time you hit the key you see the result of the next preset on your current layer.

  That’d be a great timesaver.
