Hi, I seem to be in somewhat of a jam and really need some advice.

I recently shot a clip with a Sony55, 2K, XAVC 10bit 4:2:2 .MXF files, SLOG2, 24P. However I notice that while my Vegas project has detected these clip settings and my project is fine, I can’t find an option anywhere to render out to these exact settings. The closest I can get is a .MXF render at 23.976p. There seems to be no 24P option (despite some of the .MXF presets being actually called 24p, they still render at 23.976). Which seems to be creating blurred frames. So my only option is to find another render option which will allow me to render at 24P.. I dont mind going to 1080P.

Im just wondering if you can suggest me codec settings which will let me keep as much quality as possible for my Davinci grade?

(I know I should be able to export a .mxl to Davinci, but something’s messing up with the timecode and Davinci is going crazy, so I have to settle for grading an entire clip and using scene detection.)

Thanks so much for your suggestions,

    cheers!
