  How to make night vision effect in a dark gameplay with Sony Vegas?

  Hello,
  I’d like to know what special effects/filters does those youtubers use to make their Dark gameplays watchable and they look like seeing through a night vision.
  Here’s the gameplays at the same spot fomr Arma3
