  Project Settings Automatically Changes to current media imported.

  Hello, I’m using Sony Vegas Pro 13.
  Initially I set the Project Settings to 1280×720 but when I import a file, which is of 1440×1080 the project resolution automatically changes to 1440×1080. Is there any way to keep the Project Settings at 1280×720 and still import 1440 files?

  Yes. I’m not in front of vegas right now but if I recall in the project setting window there is a check box that will match project settings to media. Deselect that box
