  Motion track a facial retouch?

  How can I effectively track a beauty retouch in Vegas. My subject has a few pimples which I want to blur out, I guess I would need to motion track that somehow?
  If any one has some pointers it would be great.

  I wouldn’t use motion tracking for that.
  The Vegas plugin Digital Anarchy Beauty Box does wonders
  with such tasks.
