NEW BLUE issues
just got an email from Edward telling me to upgrade to the latest greatest more stable. Who am I not to believe him?
So I did it downloaded and updated new blue 1.0. Now I get a nasty error message that my graphics card isn’t up to spec and I should change my graphic card. It was working fine thank you very much before the “upgrade” to a more “stable” version. NVIDA Gforce 630M with the latest driver just checked.

Works just fine here with an NVIDIA GeForce GT 520.

I’m using Pro2 and working ok here with nVidia GTX560ti 2 GB. Only 2 issues so far is that the plug video control buttons are broken for mouse click. I’ve sent an email to Edward. I like the new Video in Plug but also having a further reveal issue between Vegas Preview and then toggling to NPT2

Take a deep breath and count to ten (smile).
Simply go back to the version you were using before, that was stable,
and stay with that. Then contact them and let them be aware of the issue.Steve Rhoden

I don’t think it’s professional for a software company to release a product update that requires a piece of hardware to be upgraded. I can understand if a new version of software has enough enhancements that requires more powerful hardware, but a simple version update should never require a hardware upgrade.

Brent, while you may be seeing an issue, this is not correct in general. We have tested this with many people having issues with Titler Pro and this new release has worked for all of them. Now, you do need a compatible video card. I have replied to several e-mails you also sent in overnight and need to hear what video card you have in your system.
For anyone seeing issues with Titler Pro/Ex, I do strongly recommend that you try these new builds.

Dave, the hardware requirements have not changed. These are the specs listed for Titler for the past two years:
nVidia GeForce or Quadro card that supports CUDA with driver 285.62 or newer,
AMD/ATI Radeon HD 2400 or better with Catalyst 11.11 or newer

My version that I got with Vegas 11 on release is still as buggy as the day I got it, and I’ve pretty much given up on using it.

Angelo, I would certainly test out the new Titler Pro 1 release. Just make sure you only install the proper OpenFX version since you’re on Vegas Pro 11.

Angelo, you do not need to pay anything to get the update to Titler Pro 1. Just download the update, make sure you only install the “OpenFX” version, and no further activation is required.
