  • Catastrophic Failure errors when using TimeWarp

    I just purchased VASST’s TimeWarp.

Looks like a great product, but all I get whenever I try to use it are “Catastrophic failure” errors.

Is there a limit to how long an event can be that you can timewarp?

    Here are the details:

Microsoft Windows NT 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1
    Version 12.0 (Build 710) 64-bit
    TimeWarp Version: 1.0.2.29603

    [Ron Whitaker] “Version 12.0 (Build 710) 64-bit”

There is a bug in Vegas Pro 12.0 Build 710 that causes Image Sequences to fail which is what TimeWarp uses.

Update to Vegas Pro 12.0 Build 726 and the problem will be solved.

Works EXACTLY like I wanted and needed!

Now, can someone come up with a VASST plugin like TimeWarp…except the opposite: use it to create slo-mo?

Slo-mo? I use TWIXTOR! – I bought it when Sony had their sale earlier in the year.

Yea, TWIXTOR is the best. I wish I had known about that sale because it’s a bit on the expensive side so I haven’t picked it up yet.

There is something wrong with the Sony email notification system. I only occasionally see the monthly Sony emails where these sales are announced.
