  Get vegas windows to make Tabs rather then divide Desktop windows

  Ok I know this is a silly question. and I have reread the manual, but I’m a little dense here. I like all my vegas windows tab format. In that beneath the window is a explorer tab, a project Media tab. or have a window with a pan crop tab, and a track motion tab.
  I have been able to do this but I’m just missing the trick. I drag and drop the window and some times it splits side by side, and some times it makes a tab. Where is the correct place to drop, or how can I force it to made a tab.
