  Vegas Platinum v11: No multi-camera support?

  I was looking at this tutorial: https://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/cutting_with_the_vegas_pro_multi-camera_editing_tools

  And my copy of Vegas doesn’t have the multicamera sub-menu under tools. Is that because it’s only in the more expensive versions of the software or maybe only in v12?

  I’m getting by with chopping up the video and muting video tracks to show the lower layers, but still I’d like to sort that out.

  You can use Track Motion to display each track in a different area of the preview, play the video and every time you want to switch cameras, hit “M”. Later, go back to each marker and hit “S” to split all the events at the marker. You don’t have to mute, just delete the unwanted events.
