  How to get rid of this?

  I accidentally pressed multiple buttons and made this thing show up. I don’t know how to get rid of it, nor do I know what it is, so I’m just gonna post a picture if that’s okay.

  B
  thing, and it also makes a part of my clip red.
  Here’s what it looks like:

  right click track header and uncheck EXPAND TRACK LAYERS
