Best render settings for 5-15 and 20-35 minute long videos?
Hello for two years now I’ve been watching topics, and countless videos on how to speed up your videos for Youtube. I’m mainly looking for render settings for 20-35 minute long videos. But 5-15 minutes would also be great to. Wouldn’t mind to stay at 1080p for 5-15 minute settings. But if I can cut my render speed by minutes for 30 minute videos I’ll go 720p. I’m using Sony Vegas 12 Pro.
Computer specs: I think my Processor is outdated when my computer was built in 2008.
Windows 7 64Bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad @2.33GHz
RAM: 4GB
Radeon AMD HD 6450I have tried
“MainConcept AVC/AAC .mp4”
“Quicktime”
“Sony AVC/MVC .mp4”
“Windows Media Player Video 11 .WMV”Even multiple tries within the preferences for “Dynamic RAM Preview max”, and “number of rendering threads”. I have also tried Cuda for rendering times, and seems to make it worst for render speeds.
Yet all these tries has still equaled close to 2 to 3 hours to render out a 20-35 minute video.
.
I’m looking to see if there is better settings out there. Because all of these changes I’ve done to my Sony Vegas. I’m lost to what has helped me, and what really didn’t. I really want to default everything to start from scratch to see what experts say, and not average “kids” that makes videos on Youtube describing this stuff.
So any help would be nice. =)
