Hey guys, i just seriously wanted to know why my videos have been constantly rendering with this weird grey “thing” that randomly and most of the time continuously pops up on my videos. I want to use Sony Vegas, but if this grey stuff continues to show up, i cant because it ruins the video. I have restarted the program many times, haven’t pressed any buttons(almost sure unless their is some weird combination)and havent played with any settings or effects whatsoever, but the grey nonsense persists. Im even having trouble explaining it. I wanted to post this in the hopes you folks could perhaps help me with whatever this stuff is. It only seems to appear when i am rendering a video, and is not in any way in the actual video recording, but it somehow makes its way onto my redendered final product. In fact, here is a screen capture to show, at 0% rendered, i have purposely not pressed anything. I have also tried different rendering types such as high and lower resolutions. I am at a lose to even think what this is, Is their something i pressed? Any and all help on whatever this could be would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read this guys, heres the picture(i hope im doing this right)

Check your project settings for the program match the media you are using. Where did you get the source video – what generated it?

Windows 7 Pro64, i7 CPU, 16GB RAM, SSD boot drive, GTX 570 Graphics, Vegas Pro 12

Most often and likely in your situation, those particular
video clips are either corrupted or have some traces of codec
that doesnt sit well with Vegas, for example the DivX Codec.

Anyway, where do you get these video clips from,
    and how processed?
