height and displacemnet map
Hey guys. I have a question regarding height and displacement maps. I’ve used these many times floating text on water, and it works great. Yes I’ve seen johns video, great video. Recently I tried making the entire background move. Specifically it was a flag. I got it to look good and natural but the only problem was the edges of the screen were all messed up. The flag won’t meet up with the borders, it comes inward. Has anybody experienced this? I’m not sure if I explained it very well.
oh and I do realize I could render like that and crop out, but I was hoping to find a professional solution. Thanks in advance.
