Sony Vegas 12 – rendering options/problems
Hello!
I have a question about the rendering settings in Sony vegas 12.
It is just amazing version, but i have a little problem with the quality of the video after i render it.My raw materials are .mov and my rendered container is mp4.
I am using AVC/AAC/mp4 container. My redndering settings (same as the project settings) are the following:
HD 720 (1280×720)
frame rate 25.000
Progressive scan
I’ve tried with bitrate 10 000 000 and 2 000 000 – it is the same.
The only thing that is changed is that the raw materials are with 23,9 FPS and in my project and export settings I’ve set them to 25, but i believe that this doesnt affect the quality.
And when it is played by media player it stutters and it is loosing quality. With VLC it is ok. (maybe it is codec problem from me here)
Video rendering quality is set to best.I tried as well with quicktime 7 – .mov
Again with 25 frames
Progessive 1280×720
Video format – photo – JPEG (configure options are both clicked)
75% quality.
Vide rendering quality – Use project settings.Do you have better solution for rendering in 1280×720 – where i can save maximum quality for not such big files? I am wondering to render with .wmv, but i believe .mp4 is the best compression as i am always using it. However here i don’t have .mov files with such a good quality and i am wondering if there is better way to render when you work with .mov?
